Login expired

Guidance on updating a user's expiry date.

When users receive a message indicating that their login has expired, it means the current expiry date needs to be updated.

Administrators can resolve this issue by updating the expiry date, ensuring continued access for the user.

To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. From the admin area, click Find Users.

  2. Enter your client token and click Load.

  3. Enter the relevant user's email address.

  4. Click GO, then click Edit.

  5. Enter the relevant expiry date, then click Update.
