New expert videos on professionalism, AI literacy, workplace etiquette and Microsoft Copilot

This August, we've released 55 new videos across our employability and career development library, covering essential topics to support graduates and early careers as they navigate the modern workplace.

We're also excited to introduce a brand-new series on Microsoft Copilot, designed to help users understand how to use AI tools safely, effectively and professionally in the workplace.

Jillian Nowak

Jillian Nowak is a learning expert with over 30 years' experience leading teams. As a Learning Designer, Learning and Development Trainer, and Leadership Trainer, she focuses on practical, applicable learning. She is passionate about helping people communicate better and do things differently and more effectively.

Dr Paris Alexandros Lalousis

Dr Paris Alexandros Lalousis is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Artificial Intelligence in Mental Health at King's College London, Group co-leader of AIM lab, and Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Bloomwise.

Ellen C. Scott

Ellen C. Scott is a journalist, editor, podcaster and work expert, and former digital editor of Stylist. Author of the book Working On Purpose, she coined 'chronoworking' and delivers expert insight on all things workplace culture.

Fiona Walsh

Fiona Walsh is Ireland's only Microsoft PowerPoint MVP and a Microsoft Certified Master Trainer, specialising in advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 Copilot training. With over 20 years of corporate experience and 16 years as a trainer, she empowers professionals to create polished, on-brand presentations quickly and to present with confidence.
