What's new?
Adding external links to Missions
Good news! You can now add external links as actions to Missions. This means that you can direct your users to external resources as part of the learning journeys you create in Missions. External links will open in a new tab, and, like other Mission actions, users have to confirm they’ve completed the action themselves.
To add an external link to a Mission, simply navigate to the Missions tab in Dashboard Manager, click the Add an action button under your chosen Mission and choose External link from the dropdown menu. You’ll then be prompted to add in the link you want to direct users to.
For any questions about this update, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
What’s coming next?
We have a busy roadmap for 2026, with many great innovations coming your way.
In the next few weeks you can expect the launch of our brand-new centralised mobile app, which will replace our current mobile app solution. The new app will offer the same mobile app experience to your users, whilst being much easier to manage and maintain.
We’re also working on an updated search functionality, allowing your users to search across the entire platform, including e-learning, tools and custom pages.
We’re making it easier to manage landing page elements in the Dashboard Manager with our new duplication functionality, which will allow you to duplicate spotlights, bulletins, missions and mission sets across different themes, making it that much easier and more efficient to customise your themes.
Coming soon in Learning Labs
We’re excited to reopen Learning Labs this year, giving you a first look at our Find environment. You’ll get to test two exciting new developments:
Our Job Tracker board, which gives users a single place to manage their entire job search journey—from saving opportunities they're interested in, through tracking applications and interview preparation, to comparing final offers.
Our AI-powered CV tool, which helps users build, edit, review and tailor CVs that make them stand out from the crowd.
We’ll be in touch soon to share more about these features and how and when you can start testing them.
