Dashboard Manager: Duplicate Elements Across Themes
Managing content across multiple themes just got a lot faster. You can now duplicate dashboard elements from one theme to another directly in the Dashboard Manager, saving you the time and effort of recreating the same content by hand.
What you can duplicate
Spotlights, Bulletins, Mission Sets and individual Missions can all be duplicated to one or more target themes in a single action — making it easy to keep your themes consistent without duplicating your effort.
How it works
Find the element you want to copy, click the Duplicate icon in its title bar, select your target theme(s) from the dropdown, and confirm. Changes that used to take significant manual effort across multiple themes now take a few clicks.
A few things worth knowing:
Duplicated elements are always created as inactive, so you have the chance to review them before they go live to learners — no risk of accidentally publishing unreviewed content.
You can select multiple target themes at once (for Spotlights, Bulletins, and Mission Sets), so you can roll out consistent content across your entire theme setup in one go.
You can also duplicate elements within the same theme.
When duplicating an individual Mission, you can copy it into one or more mission sets within a target theme, giving you precise control over where it lands.
All associated content is carried over — bulletin links, mission actions, and nested missions all come with, so nothing gets left behind.
The Duplicate button is greyed out if you have unsaved changes on the page. Save first, then duplicate.
