What's new

Grow navigation dropdown

We've been listening to your feedback on landing page navigation, and we've made a change to give you more flexibility.

The Grow smart menu has been replaced with a standard navigation dropdown, bringing Grow into line with the Find and Assess verticals.

This gives you more real estate in your navigation bar to customise what appears in the Grow vertical, or whatever you have renamed or refocused it on, with your own custom links alongside the tools you want to surface.

What this means for you

If you have already gone live, or have been preparing your top navigation, you do not need to do anything. Any links you had set up in the Grow smart menu will automatically convert to dropdown items. Grow itself will also appear as a dropdown item, so your users can still access it as before.

If you would like to make any changes to your navigation, you can do so in the Dashboard Manager as usual.

Updated flow for adding navigation items

As part of this work, we have also updated the experience for adding items to your navigation dropdowns in the Dashboard Manager.

Previously, adding a link required you to know and paste in the exact URL for each tool or custom page. We have made this more intuitive. When adding a dropdown item, you can now choose from three options:

  • Search for a tool: Search and select from a list of your available platform tools

  • Search for a custom page: Search and select from your existing custom pages

  • Add a link: Paste in any internal or external URL

This means you no longer need to know the exact link for a tool or custom page — simply search and select.

Job Tracker Board

After a positive reception in Learning Labs, the Job Tracker Board is now heading into production on 23 June 2026.

The tool gives your users one place to manage their job search from start to finish. They can track applications across four stages — Wishlist, Applied, Interview, and Offer — add jobs manually, move them along as things progress, or save roles directly from the Job Search tool.

For a full walkthrough of everything it can do, take a look at our guidance on the Job Tracker Board.

We're treating this release as the first wave. Learning Labs generated some really useful feedback and we'll be acting on it in a future release, which will include updates such as connecting the Job Tracker Board more closely to other platform tools and surfacing helpful hints and suggested actions to users as they move through their job search.

How to add Job Tracker to navigation

You can add the Job Tracker Board to your landing page navigation from the 23rd of June. Go into any of your three navigation verticals in the Dashboard Manager, click to add a dropdown item, select Search for a tool under the link options, and select Job Tracker from the list.

We hope you enjoy these latest releases. If you have any questions, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
