Find everything faster with enhanced search 🔍

We've upgraded the search functionality across Access Careers Centre to help your users find what they need quickly and easily. The new centralised search brings together e-learning, tools and custom pages in one smart, intuitive experience.

What's new

Centralised search pop-up

The search bar in the top navigation bar now searches across your entire platform. Results are organised into three clear sections — E-learning, Tools, and Other Pages (custom pages) — making it easy for your users to find exactly what they're looking for without switching between different areas.

When there are more results than fit in the pop-up, your users can click through to a dedicated results page. This page shows the relevant results organised by category, with e-learning thumbnails, tool descriptions, and custom page titles all accessible through infinite scroll.

Custom pages included

Your custom pages are now part of the search experience, making it easier for users to discover the institution-specific resources and guidance you've created for them.

You have full control over which pages appear in the search results. The search matches against custom page titles, so make sure your page titles are clear and student-friendly before enabling them. Then simply tick the Searchable column for any pages you want to include — your selection saves automatically. Only active pages can be made searchable.

We will be making extensive updates to our Custom page builder tool later this year, and intend to extend the search functionality for custom pages as part of this, so that it works beyond page titles. We will share more details about this in due course.

Our brand-new search will become available on the 18th of February 2026. This development sits within the top navigation bar that is part of the revamped landing page. If you’ve already gone live, the new search will automatically appear on this date. If you haven’t gone live yet, the search will be part of your new landing page and top navigation bar when you do make the switch.

For any questions about the new search functionality, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
